FitPosflex – Terms and Conditions* Welcome to Posflex Lifestyle LTD. By purchasing a membership or using any services provided by Posflex (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Posflex provides a wellness membership that includes:

Customized exercise programming
Nutritional guidance
Educational resources
Access to a digital community
A library of pre-recorded video workouts
Mindset guidance and support

All services are delivered digitally via our mobile application and website (“App”). Posflex does not offer in-person or live training sessions.

2. Membership Fees and Billing

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis as per the selected plan.
You authorize Posflex to charge your registered payment method for each billing cycle until cancellation.
Membership can be canceled anytime through the App; cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period.
No refunds for fees already paid.
Price changes will be communicated in advance. All fees are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Health and Safety; Medical Disclaimer

Engage in activities at your own risk and consult a physician before starting any exercise or diet program.
Posflex’s offerings are not medical advice and should not replace professional consultations.
You assume full responsibility for any injury or health issues encountered.

4. Mindset Guidance

Provided for educational and motivational purposes.
Not a replacement for professional mental health services.
Posflex is not liable for any mental health outcomes resulting from using mindset guidance.

5. Intellectual Property and Media Use

All content available through the App is the property of Posflex or its licensors.
You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes during your membership.
Redistribution, modification, or unauthorized use of content is prohibited and may lead to account termination or legal actions.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed per our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except as legally required or outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You must keep any proprietary information received through the App confidential.

7. Termination of Membership

Cancel at any time through the App, with access ending upon membership expiration or cancellation.
Posflex reserves the right to terminate membership for any breach of terms, with liability for outstanding fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Posflex, including its directors, employees, or agents, shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the program.
Liability is capped at the membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.-
are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
