
In 2018 I had no structure, discipline, or real direction. I was chubby, unmotivated, and spent hours playing PUBG after work — just drifting through life. That changed in January 2019. I decided I was done wasting time and started training every day — first with bodyweight workouts, then stepping into the gym in March 2019. Started running 2km that grew into marathon distances in 2023.
